At the very start of the project you will be allocated a fully experienced Project Manager who will be in charge of the day to day running of your project. The Project Manager will be experienced and their main role will be to ensure that your project meets the following, criteria:
• Clearly Defined Objectives
• Time Frames for Specific Milestones
• Budgets
• Project Finish Dates
Your Project Manager will work closely with you to ensure that we reduce ‘project creep’ and they will always notify you should we foresee an increase in budget or project time scales.
We understand that not all projects go to plan, for a variety of reasons. We have the flexibility to cater for this and should you as a client wish to add to a project then we can accommodate this. Your Project Manager will detail the implications of any such changes at which point you can decide whether or not to implement these changes to the project.
